Changing password in Crystal Reports

hi
I have a problem with the crystal password
It was changed with the Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Crystal.Admin after the installation of MS CRM, by nobody know it now!

and it is necessary to log on Crystal manager.

Anybody has an idea to recover it

Assuming you mean the Crystal Enterprise Manager there is no way to reset the password if the password is lost.

You can rebuild the crystal database and therefore reset the crystal
password. Which version of crm are you using?
