there are service module &Order Sales ing gp olso there are Customer service
sales &B marketting What are the dferrance
and where are the entegerations elemement

GP is for back-office use, CRM is for front-office. Most companies do not
have their sales reps work in GP. it boils down to features and what you
want to do. If you are survive with GP, then just implement that.
As for integration, MSFT provides some integration or you could use Scribe
to do that.
