- Posted by Hugo Fonseca on October 28th, 2004
While trying to browse any of CRM folders in Outlook Folder List I receive
the msg below. Does anyone knows how to solve it, and why it's happening ?
Thank you,
Hugo

If on that client machine you open IE can you access the crm web site?
Were you 'online' and connected to the crm server when you installed the SFO
client?
Guy.

oHi,
I already solve the problem. I copied the machine.config file from the other
Pc where the SFO was working. I noticed them in the last line, line 636, some
garbage appear in the file. The reason why I could not understand.
Regarding yr questions, yes I could open the in the IE the CRM and I don't
remember if I was online when I installed the CRM.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Hugo
