- Convert to Case CRM 4.0

Why is it that when i convert an email to a case from either a queue or
activity it does not attach itself to the case i caonvert it to. All that
needs to happen is that the regarding needs to be populated with the case
details. Is this a bug?

Yes you can perform such conversion while writing simple .net code / plugins.

I have the same problem in my installation, the workaround is to un-check
the close email" box, then it will attact it.
I think it's a bug

I just tried Converting an email to a case and it attached the email
automatically when I unchecked the 'Close Email Window'. (But didnt when I
had it checked) Strange way of working...
