- Copy Production CRM to Test Servers

Hi,
We are trying to copy Production CRM to Test servers. We have two CRM test
servers, one in same domain as production and another in a separate domain to
Production. Both the Test servers already have CRM systems installed on them.
We are simply trying to refresh data.
What is the way to restore Production system to Test system in CRM for each
of the above two cases. We intend to refresh everything from the Production
setup. I have not found any good document on that. Also, on some postings, I
read that CRM deployment tool is required for that. However, I already have
CRM installed on the test servers so how does this change that.

You do need to use the redeployment tool to accomplish this.
On your test server, uninstall CRM, then install the redeployment tool and
follow the instructions that accompany it.
