Is it possible to make an exact copy of contacts and istitutions
entities, with all custom fields and relatioships included?

Thanks for posting in. This is Ken in Online Partner Support.
Although I am not 100% sure, using SDK may achieve this by using MetaData
Web service but not from the UI.
