Currently CRM only allows a CRM Contact to be created from an Outlook contact
through the "view in CRM" feature. It would be helpful to provide the option
of creating an Account together with the Contact and also an option to link
the two by default upon creation. Additionally, it would be helpful to allow
contacts in shared group folders to be promoted to CRM.
