- Create User In CRM 3.0 From Cross Domain

Hi
I am having problem in creating user in CRM 3.0 from cross domain.
If i create user in the Active Directory in CRM Server,then that user can be
created
i.e. i can create users in CRM from the same domain but i am not able to
create user from other domain.

is there a trust between the two domains?

Yes the trust is there, because if i write crossdomainName/username in
CRM "Create User" window, it pulls the user information like its name, email
address etc. but give error "Soap Application Server Failed" while creating
User
