If Microsoft Crm is set to regard Phone Calls as 'Incoming' by default; the
Sender of the Phone Call still defaults to the behaviour as if the Phone Call
as 'outgoing'.
i.e. the System User creating the Phone Call is always set as the Sender,
and the Regarding Object is always set as the Recipient.
If the Default has been set to Incoming, I would suggest that the System
User creating the Phone Call is set as the Recipient and the Regarding Object
set as the Sender.
