creating response campaign automatically for a campaign

Dear All,

We use the module Marketing in MS-CRM for using several evenements regarding
our activities.
For a specific evenement, we have created an emailing for a list of contacts
through the campaign. We used for that the distribution functionnality in CRM.
The emails were sent automatically to our contacts with the token in the
subjet of the email.

My problem is here:
When the contact reply to the email, a response campaign is created
automatically in the CRM regarding the campaign (and the contact and then
return email) but when the contact reply a second time to the same email (for
completing his response for example) there is NOT an another response
campaign created automatically...is it normal even if the return email is
created automatically in the CRM ?

So, does it mean that only ONE response campaign is possible for an e-mail
reply ?
