- CRM 3.0 SBS Stops responding

I have a SBS 2003 server with CRM 3.0 for Small Business. We love CRM but it,
on a regular basis, stops responding. It causes Outlook to hang becaue of the
add-in. The CRM website will also not respond. Weird. If I recycle the
CRMAppPool and the CRM website, everything starts to work?? Any suggestions?
Any service packs?
