Hi all,
I am looking for CRM 4.0 customization guide (pdf) training on the web.
I have full access to the MBS Partner Source and the Partner Learning
Center, but
I don't find there any full guide (like the one that was for 3.0: 852X
course books/pdf)
How do I learn the CRM 4.0 using the web (organized training, from start to
end)?

Do you have access to eLearning from Microsoft? They have a series of
training on CRM 4.0.

Thanks for your answer, I looked and searched the eLearning site (I have a
Partner
access) but I don't find any written training (except of one pdf , which is
short)
for implementers/programmers of CRM 4. (not marketing)
