Hello.

I'm having a recurring problem. I'm running two identical VPCs of CRM
4.0 RTM. When I export customizations from one VPC and then try to
import these into the other, the import hangs. SQL is taking 95+
processor.

Is there any know issues around this area of the system, as struggling
to locate a cause?

What is in the Import file?
Size, Entity Count , Localizations.

Import is resource intensive operation. It would also depend on the CPU, RAM
avaiability on the VPC's
