CRM 4.0 Outlook Client error, VB32, Office 2007 SP1

Hi,
We have a problem with the Outlook client on Vista Business 32.
A couple of seconds after you've gone offline and the sync has finished you
get a message that "An unknown error has occurred, please try again and if
the problem persists contact the system administrator"
App log:
Initialization of the Microsoft CRM UI failed. Try restarting Microsoft
Outlook. HR=0x80131509. Context=. Function=CAddin::HrActivateAddin. Line=665.

Only way to fix the problem is to run the Diag util and set the client
online again alternative reconfigure the client.

On XP everything works as expected.

Any ideas?

We are having the same problem. How are you accessing CRM? On your
local network or via service provider? It works fine when on the
local network but when we try to go offline using the IFD we get this
error.
