- CRM 4.0 - Set Synchronizing Client, in a load balanced environment

Has anyone found a way to enable the Set Synchronizing Client (set this
computer to be the Synchronizing client) in a load balanced environment so
that whichever server they connect to, it is checked? We have users coming
in via Citrix to run their Office 2003 / CRM 4.0 instance, but are having
issues when they log in and connect to the other server.
