CRM 4.0 Workflow Error

Hi All,

I need help tracking down why a workflow is reporting a 'Bad Request'
error.

The workflow works ok, on a VPC with standard install of V4.0, but
when I try the same workflow in the test environment I get the Bad
Request error. The only difference is that the test env is IFD. Even a
simple on-demand workflow that inactivates an account gives the same
error in the test env.

Any clues to what I can start to look at to find the cause ?
