CRM 4.0 Workflow - incorrect started on time

Hi

I am using CRM workflow and it is showing the incorrect started on time. I
have done some research and found this to be a bug , the hotfix for which has
been released.

I have installed the hotfix but the time shown is still incorrect. It is
exactly 2 hours ahead of the actual time.

Any other suggestions for me or things that I could do to fix this issue?
