- CRM 4 on Citrix

I am trying to run the CRM 4 client on a Citrix machine. I installed the
client under the administrator login without any problems. When I logged in
as one of the users and attempted to configure it I got an error message with
Access Denied. So I found a KB article on that one, and deleted the CRM
address book and data file. Configuration ran smoothly after that. However,
now when I open Outlook I get a runtime error. Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime
Library: Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe.
Has anyone else run into this one?

We had really tough problems with CTX if a previous 3.0 was installed. New
profiles for everyone is what solved it for us.

I found out the reason I was getting the C++ error is because Outlook was
looking for the old CRM 3 Add-in instead of the new CRM 4 Add-In. However,
even after fixing that I had an error loading CRM functionality and ended up
creating new profiles for everyone as well.
