CRM activity history? Where can I find it?
Posted by David on August 9th, 2004

Where can I find all of the CRM-related events? For
example, if a sales rep has changed a contact, or
converted a lead.

What table(s) is this data in?

Thanks!

David

David,
as far as i know there a some acitvities which are created in certain CRM
processes, like losing or winning a quote e.g..
this are "normal" activies which a special status/state code.

Other historic data can be tracked by using post call outs.

OK so what I get is there's no 'back-end' history
tracking of 'actions'? I.E. nothing that keeps track of
a lead being converted to a contact?

I'd have to build it myself?
