- CRM buttons dim: error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionalit

I have read some of the other posts about this same error with Outlook 2003
(SP2). I am seeing the erorr messages as well and have attached the trace.
Environment is Windows 2003 Server with MS CRM 3.0. Office 2003 SP2 with CRM
The URL http://<yourcrmserver>/mscrmservices/2006/crmservice.asmx works and
returns:
"The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please
review the Service Description.
...."
However, Outlook 2003 client shows:
"An error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality.
Try restarting Outlook.
Contact your system administrator if errors persist."
Then Outlook will continue loading with the CRM buttons grayed out.
The trace shows the following errors:

This could be because the client is unable to connect to the server. Try
repairing the installation.

Watch out, there's something wrong with the tracing level of some trace
entries. I noticed the same in some of my trace files. The first part of the
trace file you post shows entries with Level: Error, but actually they
aren't. E.g.

This one is actually just Info, not an Error. Just something to be aware of,
it can be misleading.
Anyway, you still got your problem. It looks like it has problems reading
some registrykeys, IsvXmlHash and SyncContact. Do you have to registrykeys?
