CRM Desktop Client installation - Vista/Outlook 2007

Hello all
I am trying to install the desktop client on my coworker's machine, but it
asks me to enter an admin username and password. I did the first time, but
the installation failed because it said that the user had to initialize the
Outlook inbox. This had happened before with another installation of the same
setup to another coworker, I assumed that the installation detected the admin
as the current user for whom the client was being installed, so the way I got
around this was to make my coworker an Administrator while the client was
being installed, it worked, I changed it back afterwards. So I tried this
again with my other coworker (the one with the more recent installation, the
one I was originally talking about) but the installation asked me for admin
credentials again...I don't know what else to try.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to how to solve this?
