CRM Email Router Incoming Email Config Profile Error

All,

I have implemented 4.0, and am trying to set up the incoming email
config profile. Everything works fine, but when I Test Access, the
incoming profile throws a 404 Not Found error:

"The remote Microsoft Exchange e-mail server returned the error "(404)
Not Found". This user or queue does not have a mailbox. Create a
mailbox and try again. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not
Found."

Now obviously there is a mailbox in existance, has anybody else seen
this error and resolved it?
