Our item numbers (CRM product ID) must appear on our
quotes, however we were told that this is not possible on
the CRM quote form. We find it hard to believe that we
are only company that has this requirement. Does anyone
have a solution for this problem?

Not sure if you got an answer for this but Product ID DOES come across on
the Quote Form.
