Hello all!

My company is preparing to implement MS CRM very soon. We have been
using the Notes platform almost exclusively, and are switching to
Exchange and Outlook in conjunction with CRM.

I am a lowly account manager, not a systems person, but have a geeky
nature, and an interest in this migration working.

I've just found this forum, and am happy to have discovered it! I'm
wondering if you have found any other particularly helpful resource
sites in addition to this one? (Particularly with regard to
customization and Outlook integration.)

Any suggestions appreciated!
