Is there a ay to change the default searching in accounts, and leads?
Currently it searches for active only but i would like ot to include
deactivated also.

Hi,
It is not possible. The workaround is to develop some SRS Report for the
search or develop some aspx web form for this purpose.

Dear Umar,
Pertaining to search I have a query, as I am unable to search my resolved
(inactive) cases via Look up (e.g. *16099) I cannot see this case by search
and this case was resolved. All the way I have to search for this case page
by page it’s really frustrating me.
