- CRM v3 to v4 upgrade with Axonom PowerTrak installed

Hi all:
I am researching an upgrade from v3 to v4 on a system that has Axonom
PowerTrak installed. I am thinking I am going to have to remove PowerTrak
before an upgrade is attempted. If anyone ahs any information on this and/or
best practices on how upgrades are done with 3rd part products installed I
would appreciate the information.

Hi John,
I would reachout to Axonom for more upgrade information. I will think
that you need to unintall it first prior to you upgrade if they added
their own customization.

Upgrade only with supported customization. powertrack you have to remove and
then check the latest from them for CRM 4.0
