Jahyen,
This sounds like a problem with integrated security associated with the
servername that you are running CRM from. There are some steps documented
in the IG related to adding the server to a security group. Make sure you
have done this.
Also, check the error log on your domain controllers and SQL server. I ran
into a problem where there were multiple entries within AD for the SQL
server. As a result, the integrated security couldn't find the proper
security context and so it defaulted back to anonymous access.

I'm getting this message in the event log after an apparently successful
installation of CRM 1.0. After poking around a bit, it appears that Crystal
APS is set to logon as Local System. Is this correct?
Event ID: 35101
Source: Crystal_CrystalAPS
Description: The root server reported an error Initialization Failure.
(Reason: Unable to connect to the database using the provided connection
string. Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed
for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server
connection.).
thanks!
