- Crystal Reports Logon Error

Hi,
CRM 1.2
When I try to view any report, CRM show the follow error
message
"Crystal Reports Logon Error : Please verify that you
have enough licenses".
The users have rights of:
NT Authority\Interactive and
NT Authority\Authenticated Users
