- Custom Filter Criteria Needed for Account View
- Posted by Tara Sifuentes on January 25th, 2008
We are using CRM 4.0 and I setup a new N:1 relationship between accounts &
teams so I can assign a team to an account instead of just one user (and
display the team). I know there was already one in there, but I could not
find a way to display that field on the Account form, so I just created a new
custom one.
Now to my question - I want to create a view called "My Team Accounts" that
says if the current user is a member of the team that is assigned to this
account (the custom team field is called Customer Team) display the account.
I can't find a way to do this and was hoping for some help. Does anyone have
any ideas?
