After installing MS CRM, I customized a form (in this case
a Lead Form). After I customized the form, my changes
didn't appear on the standard input form (New Lead).
Can anybody help me?

The only way I have found to do this is to
Update the schema in deplyment manager and then do an IISRESET on the web
server

You need to publish the changes via Deployment Manager for the Lead object
the issue an IISRESET on the server.
