I am in the process of getting ready to install CRM 4.0 onto our 2003 SBS I
need to update the SBS to sp1 for this to happen. I have downloaded all the
parts for this. My main question is do i need to install all these parts if
im not using any of those function on the SBS? i.e we dont have exchange or
sharepoint on there.

Also is there any other issue or problems people have found when installing
CRM 4.0, is it best to use it with outlook 2003 or 2007?
