Has anyone figured out a way to send email with a
distribution list from either their MS CRM contacts or the
global address book?

I can't set up a distribution list in the MS CRM contacts,
however, if I use a distribution list from my global
address book, my e-mail becomes undeliverable. The error
I get is "The email account does not exist at the
organization this message was sent to". Does MS CRM have
a problem with the way individual contacts are defined vs.
the way distribution lists are?

Any help would be appreciated.

Distribution Lists as such are not part of MS CRM,
although many people would find them useful. However,
workaround is to use a view, possibly also using some
customisations on which to filter. This is not very good,
but it seems to be best that is currently available.
