My customer uses CRM4.0 enterprise in a single tenant SaaS environment. The
windows login is not the same as the CRM login and the domains are different.
Is it possible to use the dynamic export to Excel and the Word functionality
in such an environment.

If we use the dynamic export to Excel it results in the follwing error:

Connection failed:
SQLState: '01000'
SQL Server Error: 11001
[Microsoft][ODC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP
Sockets]ConnectionOpen(Connect()).
Connection failed:
SQLState: '08001'
SQL Server Error: 6
[Microsoft][ODC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]Specified SQL Server not
found.

Any help is appreciated.
