Getting error message that it cannot see a CRM server. The
CRM server is working fine.

run nslookup crmservername from a command prompt on the exchange server and
make sure you have dns resolution

Also check that your webservices is actual working correctly! That was my
problem could ping the server and everything but the webservices was broken
for some reason
