- Follow up Phone Call

Hi All,
In CRM 3.0, I would like to have Recipient field carry over from Potential
Customer field on Opportunity General tab once I create Follow Up Phone Call.
Anyone has any ideas to do that even in explaination of technique or in
coding?

Try looking at the relationship maps. Specifically the one from phonecall to
opportunity. You may be able to add the mapping there.

Pat,
Sorry for last reply because it doesn't work. I could not find the way to
map between Opportunity and Phone Call and even I could not create a new
relationship between Phone Call and Opportunity from Phone Call since it's
built-in.
Do you have any ideas?
