Form template change, not being reflected

Hi all,

I've made a change to my Account template, to include different credit
terms. The template and the preview of the template show up find, but
when I go under New - Account, the new terms I've added do not show up.
I've tried going under Deployment Manager and publishing it out...is
there an interim step I'm missing?

Publish the changes in deployment manager and then do an iisreset again.

My apologies, I missed the publish step in your first post. Are your changes
reflected in all existing accounts and just not in new ones? After the reset
does your form preview still reflect the changes? I might try reverting to
an older XML and trying again.
