Hi there!
I have noticed that when you choose to forward an email that has arrived
inside the CRM web interface (eg at a queue) and this email has attachments,
the attachments are not included in the forwaded email unless you save them
locally and re-attach them. Why is this happening? Can we do something about
it? Am I missing something here?
