Hide Case Resolution Fields

Hi,

Can anyone provide any guidance in terms how to hide some of the fields on
the Case Resolution screen?

The customer I'm currently working with does not require most of the fields
on the resolution form and it is not possible to remove these fields using
the user-interface or client-side scripting...

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
