Hi Patrice
take a look at the attribute "status reason" within the entity Order.

The attribute for Orders has picklist of
Original
Cancelled
Approved
Signed
The attribute for Order Close is a blank picklist.
but when we fullfill, there's
Complete
Partial
and Cancel Order
No Money
That's what I'd like to align with Order status!
Help!

Patrice - please go to settings - customizations - order entity
double click on it to edit it. Go to attributes. Search the attribute with
the display name "status reason" - double click it to edit it. Now you will
see the attributes edit window. Take a look at the state picklist. Choose
your picklist value you want to edit. After you´ve picked your value you will
see the possible values. You can now enter a new value or you can change an
existing one. After that you can define which value should be default.
After editing don´t forget to save and close and of course to publish.
Best regards
