- How can you hide system defined views in CRM 4.0

In CRM 3.0 you could share the System view to remove them from a users list
of views. I cannot see the Share functionality of Views in CRM 4.0 to do the
same thing.

Unfortunately, in v4.0 the system views cannot be hidden. This would be a
good suggestions for next update.

You can hide the views by writing a simple plug-in. You can read about
