- How to connect to CRM contacts when using Mail Merge

I am trying to use Mail merge, but I am having trouble connecting to my
contacts in CRM. I was using the wizard in word, and tried connecting to the
SQL server. However all the db's I connect to say no data found. Am I doing
this right?

We have a Add-On which allows you to make MailMerges in MS Word
with data out of the MS CRM!

You can do some minor merging through Outlook if you install "Microsoft CRM
for Outlook"
That's been helpful. Without it CRM only lets you merge to email.
