Fiscal settings are set one time only hence why you cannot delete. You
probably have to speak to MS support services if you want to change them -
or resetup a clean database and reinput the Fiscal settings and somehow
migrate the data accross (Perhaps CDF/Customisation transport mgr).

Once set you cannot change the fiscal year settings official Microsoft
course suggests that reinstallation is the only option. Note: if you have
made any config changes you cannot export and reimport as fiscal settings
will come across in the import as well.

I can find OrganizationBase but not SystemUserSettingsBase.
I do see SystemUserBase and UserSettingsBase but neither table has fiscal
periods.
I did see a table UserFiscalCalendarBase that had Fiscalperiods. Is that it?

Thanks,

Tom Francisco
