There are 2 ways, but both are unsupported.
1) Set the StateCode back to 0 for the affected records, then delete from the
UI.
2) Set the DeletionStateCode to 2 for the affected records. You also have to
hit all the "child" records (like OpportunityProduct).
The first is easier since you don't have to worry about getting the detail
records.
