How do I create an Invoice for a Case or Service Hours?

I see no way to easily create an invoice for a case.

We offer services by the hour. Sometimes our customers are on a
Contract, sometimes they are not. Of course, when they are not we want
to create a bill for the time we sold them.

Is there an easy way to do this?

So, anyone have any thoughts on this? Do I have to create an order to
get an invoice? How can I get the total number of hours spent on the
case?

I have the same issue and am looking for a solution to this problem. So far
I've been unable to find a simple solution. Perhaps a 3rd party ISV has an
add-on product to MS CRM.
