- How do you sort Cases by Customer?

This was very easy ti implement in 1.2 and it carried over when we upgraded
to 3.0. I recently had to reinstall 3.0 fresh and now I don't have the option
to sort cases by customer. Does anyone know how to do this?

Did you manage to solve this problem? We need to sort our cases by customer
as well and I would appreciate any assistance.
