I need to know if it is possible to export Quotes and Invoices..!!
for example:
I need to send a quotation for a customer, there is no way to attache a
quote in a mail. As a result, i have to write a quote in a an Excel Sheet and
send it for the customer.
Is there any way to extract these information from the CRM ?

There are quite a few ways you could do this.
1. Create a quote using Word and MailMerge (this would have to go through
the CRM Outlook Client and would not work with the web client).
2. Create a SRS report which will act as a printable or exportable Quote.
3. Work with a 3rd party product which has already provided a solution for
these issues.

Of course, when I say quote I also mean Invoice and Order.

In order to create or edit SRS reports you would need Visual Studio 2003
(for SQL 2000) or Visual Studio 2005 (for SQL 2005).

As for actually creating them, you would need some knowledge in SQL queries
and the CRM databases. There is a section in the CRM SDK called "Report
Writers Guide" which could help you a bit.
