How to get certified in CRM 4.0
Posted by Lholm on March 26th, 2008

Hi,

I two questions regarding certification in 4.0 (Titan):

1. If you want to upgrade your 3.0 certification, how/when is this done?
2. If you aren't certified in 3.0, how/when do you get certified?

/Regards,
Lotten

To upgrade, there should be a training at the Firebrand bootcamp, call
them directly and ask for details. i had mine last month but was
arranged for us.

there will be an upgrade certification exam for those who has crm 3.0
qualification, it is not out yet!

CRM 4.0 exams are as follow:

The 421 certification exam measures your skills in the areas of CRM 4.0
Installation and Configuration.

The 422 certification exam measures your skills in the area of CRM 4.0
Customisation.

The 423 certification exam measures your skills in the area of CRM 4.0
Applications.

But if you want to be certified in CRM 3.0 instead which i don't see the
point of, you can, just check the Vue or Prometric site for your nearest
exam site and book them.
