- How to get certified in CRM 4.0

Hi,
I two questions regarding certification in 4.0 (Titan):
1. If you want to upgrade your 3.0 certification, how/when is this done?
2. If you aren't certified in 3.0, how/when do you get certified?

CRM 4.0 exams are as follow:
The 421 certification exam measures your skills in the areas of CRM 4.0
Installation and Configuration.
The 422 certification exam measures your skills in the area of CRM 4.0
Customisation.
The 423 certification exam measures your skills in the area of CRM 4.0
Applications.
But if you want to be certified in CRM 3.0 instead which i don't see the
point of, you can, just check the Vue or Prometric site for your nearest
exam site and book them.
