Hi

We have the Problem that we are not able to add the MS CRM Addressbook zu
Outlook. Even if we try to add the Address Bokk over Accounts>Addressbooks -
there is not MS CRM Addressbook....

How can we reinstall the CRM Address Book Provider or the Address book? Some
ideas?

Are you saying you don't see the CRM address lists in the Outlook Address
Book? Or, are you saying you see the lists but do not see any records in
the lists? You did install the CRM Outlook client on this machine I assume.
