Hi

Does anyone know whether it is possible to merge a quote to Word (the
ugly template...) and then somehow seperate the line items by type.
Let's say my compnay sells software, hardware and training, I want to
see those items grouped together by subject or unit group......this is
however not possible I think..

Does anyone know how to manipulate the 'print quote for customer'
process so it will allow a user to group products by type or subject
and put them in the template in the correct section.

Any help is more than appreciated....
