I can think of two different ways at this time for you.
1. If you are using CRM for outlook, you can use Outlook to Create the email
messages (use outlook's default font etc..), Clicking the TO button on your
outlook mail message will give you the Address book which by scrolling down
you can select your CRM Accounts for example who to send the message to,
optionally you can also set the regarding object (campaign etc.) right from
the Outlook email form as well, complete the email, and then just simply
click the 'track in CRM' button on the new outlook message form window before
sending.
2. You can create a standard email template in CRM that you can simply load
at the time to create each new message. Set the font, font size, color prior
to saving no actual text needs to be in place in the template body (templates
do require a subject set, but you can simply use an empty space, it
recognizes this as a single character to get around it).
If I find out any other options, I will reply again. Hope this helps.
